It was designed with feeling by the leading garden studio Flera. The Czech studio Podlipný Sladký Architekti is behind the modern, minimalist architecture.

  • High Standards in Apartments

    The high standard of basic fittings and fixtures in the apartments meets demanding requirements. In bathrooms and toilets, you can choose from five colour variants for large-format Italian Marazzi floor and wall tiles. High-quality three-layer oak floors will be used in the residential rooms. With regard to the details, we selected, for example, top-quality 210 cm high rabbetless interior doors with a minimalist white finish.

A Peaceful District in Green Space

Bílá Hora is not only a famous place in Czech history, but also an exceptional district with good access to the centre and the airport, offering peace and green space away from the bustle of the big city. The houses and villas here are surrounded by a whole number of parks, including Hvězda Game Reserve on one side and Na Fialce park on the other. There has been green space here since time immemorial. The residence and the street it is on obtained their names from the massive pine trees that used to grow here. Close by there were several leading Prague gardens with fruit trees, which did well thanks to their excellent position on a sunny southern slope.
